Trading
In addition to executing trades as an agent, the firm has established affiliations with highly regarded marker makers. Trading is conducted primarily with other dealers in the “wholesale market” and in support of our investment banking clients. Services are directed to the needs of firms listed and trading as Small-Cap NASDAQ, AMEX, Bulletin Board and Pink Sheets needing liquidity sources, stock price support and order management.
As an effective market maker, our traders strive to ensure orderly markets, tight spreads, liquidity and proprietary support; all the while providing the end client with a source for efficient, accurate and timely executions.
Money Management
The firm has extensive experience over the last 18 years with its principals and with its leading brokers directly managing large income and equity accounts, as well as placing larger accounts under third party professional management.
Brokerage
GBI provides brokerage services to individuals, institutions and its investment banking corporate clients. Brokers are knowledgeable in the handling of large and complex portfolios and financial planning for individuals. Institutional brokerage services are provided to corporate clients and fundmanagers of income, equity and hedge funds.
Corporate clients are eligible for our Personalized Institutional Brokerage Service “PIBS” along with the benefits of trading, market making and investor relations services. Additional brokerage requirements of corporate clients, large selling stockholders and insiders are accommodated by including block trades and rule 144 / 144 k restricted stock transactions.
Broker Network
GBI currently operates with over 60 account executives and has a successful track record in developing a large multi-state network of brokers to which it provides a central broker service.
New Product Development
GBI seeks out new financial product precedents and trends that have been proven feasible and are appropriate for introduction to its clients.
